Based off of understanding, awhile ago, after work, Hsieh went to gathering for supper and drinks with his friends, afterwards, Hsieh was intoxicated and couldn't drive himself home, sat and rest at the bench on the plaza close to the restaurant where he'd dined in, a female friend of his, was squatted down in a mask, taking care of him.

The video showed, Hsieh kissing the lips of the woman, the woman had originally tried fighting him off, Hsieh took the woman's mask off, and, pressed his lips onto hers, and in the end, the woman had stopped fighting, and, kneeled on the pavement, and allowed Hsieh to kiss her on the streets. The bystanders still filmed this during the time, and, someone who was, intoxicated, stated, "go ahead, film! You didn't, get me, did you?", "Yeah, just film, but go after you're done!" Hsieh was completely intoxicated, that he'd not noted, that someone around him was filming him and the unknown woman.
Based off of understand, the N.S.A. got the hold of the video, and is now, investigating, the woman captured on tape wasn't an employee of the N.S.A., and on the night, it wasn't a meal gathering of the N.S.A. or the special units, that it wasn't "on duty". The N.S.A. explained Hsieh being caught on tape, as his own personal bad behaviors, and already sent the video to be reviewed, to see if Hsieh had faulted or not.

The N.S.A. stated, that they had begun an investigation on their own on Hsieh's misbehaviors, and will issue the punishments for him if he'd been found to have done something wrong; that if he'd done something illegal, they will send the case to the prosecutors next.
There'd been multiple incidences of leaders of the armed services, inappropriately behaved after intoxications, in September of 2022, the assistant commander of the eighth squad of the army, Huang was found to have gone into the brothel eatery, the locals took a shot, and reported it, Huang got demoted into the commission members of the marines; in January of 2023, Chuag, an assistant commander of the Marine's eighth went to the honorary supper at Pingdong, afterwards, the female local government official reported that Chuang had sexually harassed her during the meal gathering, Chuang got his assistant commander status pulled, and was investigated.
And, these are, all cover ups, if you ask, but hey, who asked you, right???
This still just SHOWED, that the HEADS of STATE (Tsai) isn't morally responsible, and so, everybody who is underneath this, SLANTED, tilted, IMMORAL government doesn't ACT right, there's the SEX scandals of the government officials, the sex scandals, the sexual molestations of the police forces, the army, yada, yada, yada, yada, and now, as LAI steps on the podium, how good do you think he will be, ruling this FUCKED up "country" of "ours", huh??? After all, he is still, from the CORRUPT party with all the reputations of EMBEZZLEMENT, SEX SCANDALS, and everything that's IMMORAL.
