For almost that long, I've been down for the count with an incessant cough, sore throat, and an inability to talk. I tested negative for COVID, the flu and pneumonia. My energy level is somewhere in the neighborhood of zero. In fact, when I saw my doctor on Tuesday, she said: "Don't talk!" The office visit was at her request. Reportedly my vital signs were significantly better than they had been a week earlier. That provides her more treatment options. So far, I'm waiting for them to kick in. I'm attempting to strictly follow the doctor's instructions. The General is insistent that I do so. Of course, when I texted her this morning when she was sitting three feet from me, she wanted to know why I was texting? I understand her confusion. I only have accolades for the General. I am not a good patient. Forgive me for complaining. The purpose of my posting is simply to make you aware that I miss the connectivity with you.
