I read stories like this and miss the work, There is a second where a troubled teen begins so see past their own rage, truama and pain, you reach them in that moment. Saving Syacmore is a story that we wish we would see on the news more often. Molly Hudgens was a school counseler who had an armed student ready to shoot up his school. Ms. Hudgens met this child where he was. She listened to him and prayed with him for the time most of us watch a movie. He surrendered his weapon to her. Countless lives were saved that day.
