Learning to separate the ego from my soul, the soul knows what is in alignment, the ego questions and goes into a fight or flight mode. Our body's energy is so close to plant energy. When used in combination with our intuition they can be that much more powerful. Set the intention, to clear your energy and be open to receive messages. One thing I do like to specify is messages from my spirit guides and angles of my highest truth and compassion, to ensure all messages that comes through are genuine and good energy!
