"I live with chronic migraines," writes Laura Onstot today. "Around 24 days each month, I have symptoms like brain fog, nausea, neck and shoulder pain, and, of course, head pain. I've had migraine attacks since high school, but they came to a stop while I was pregnant with both of my daughters. After I finished breastfeeding, though, they reappeared. And much like everything else in my life — my postpartum body, my work schedule, my ability to lie on the couch without disruption — my migraines changed." And today, she's sharing her experience with the condition, and you should give it a read. Kelly Faircloth, Executive Editor |
