The kids finished their Honors English class a month early. I will be teaching Death of A Salesman with them. We always finish up early because the children have learned time mangement skills. We always use the extra time to extend their learning for the upcoming year.
I cleaned out two raised garden beds. I noticed that in Montrose today, I don't drive there often, we lost Family Dollar and Joanne Fabrics. I often stop at these stores. I had coupons and wanted to pick up zippers and artistic buttons at Joanne's.
I made four jean skirts from old jeans. These are my everyday wear. Our daughter wants me to make a quirky one for her.
My husband came hoem with the microwave from the estate give away. He also came home with a roter tille, and some hand tools from the same place.
I have been focusing on the inside of the house as gardening season is gearing up. My routines change when school lets out and it is time to really get work done outside. We are adding to the flower beds. I really enjoy a fresh vase of flowers in the house.
I enjoy accessoring our home with good smells and music. I alternate playing vinyl on my husband's old school system. Other days, Alexa is our DJ. Our kids have been enjoying old Fleetwood Mac vinyls.
