I am a good judge of character, I see the writing on the wall before other people do. My gut instinct is about 95% accurate. I often have a somatic reaction to people who aren't decent. In our last set of neighbors, I took an immediate dislike to the husband. He told my husband, I do not want him on this property. Six months later, he made the front page news and not for Citizen of the Year. Time and time again, I have had this feeling that someone is not a desirable person in our life. It is the micro-expressions that I am very adept at reading. I have learned this in tenancy.
