Indeed; this is a statement that will never retire. We all have questions that we are eager to be answered. No matter what part of the world you are from, it can become demanding and somewhat tiring when all you desire to see is change but feels like it is delaying. Constant battles between several countries, influx of prices going up not considering the same amount of income workers are receiving, business growth being slow because it is 'perceived' that there aren't many open opportunities to collaborate on the market. The list can go on…
The world will continue to have questions because it is an imperfect world. The person you are sitting next to, perhaps a work colleague, business partner, friend or even family member have questions in mind that we may never know of. Some questions start in the mind whilst others come out of the mouth from a place of transparency and vulnerability. Despite all that is happening, we must understand that the world works in stages.
There will be moments where one part of the world feels stagnant and nothing seems to be working the way it should, and other times where business and the economy is thriving. Could it be that those people chose to economise and be content in what they have, relative to those who choose to want more but not appreciate what is already in their reach? On the other hand, we have questions on why good people leave the earth so quickly; we may never understand but for every painful season, there will always be a purpose behind it.
It is not wrong for the world to have questions; in fact, it is healthy to ask certain questions that can help us keep growing, sharing ideas and learning from others. Finding ways to be creative and provide concrete solutions are stemmed from several questions being asked, if even they may not be answered in the way you expected. A short answer is better than no answer at all, and with all the information we are exposed with on social media, we can be assured that something will resonate with everybody walking this journey called life.
As for me, I choose to remain teachable because that is how I grow, evolve and become. Despite what is happening all over the world, there could be moments where you pause to take a moment and be thankful for what you have, for someone across the globe could be desiring that one thing you may not be grateful about. Whether it is your job and how you are being treated, you will have questions. Whether it is scaling your business with reputable organisations but not getting the traction, you will have questions. Whether you believe in what you provide for the community and it is not being acknowledged the way you would expect, the world has questions; regardless of it all, those questions can be traced back to you and finding out what you can learn from them.
We may not always receive answers back, but it is important to remember that there is a time and season for everything. Silence and rejection are tools of redirection, focus and becoming, so when you desire to seek answers, it will come in ways and packages you would least expect it. Your questions are valid, but don't dwell on them if they are not being acknowledged; the right will come to those who choose to embrace life for what it is rather than allowing life to change them.
Again…the world has questions…will you be the one that contributes to them or finds a way to create solutions when there is silence?
