Transformation Continuing
The greatest test of our understanding and acceptance of God's forgiveness is wether or not we are willing to forgive others.
We are prone to minimize our own offenses, {we only require the minimal dose of forgiveness} while maximizing the offenses of others.
Each of us is not only an ultimate offender but repeat offender. As well.
King David put it well in his repentance Psalm "Against You—You alone—I have sinned and done this evil in Your sight. So, You are right when You pass sentence; You are blameless when You judge".
The Apostle Paul wrote his letter to the entire church in Colossia: In Colossians 3 Verse 13:
"Accepting one another and forgiving one another, Just as the Lord has forgiven you, so also you must forgive".
Make allowances for each other's faults and forgive anyone who offends us. Remember, The Lord forgave us, so we must forgive others.
If we understand deeply how much God has forgiven us and what is cost to provide that forgiveness. We will not be reticent to offer other forgiveness.
Be a forgiving person and be blessed in doing it.
God Bless
