Arromanches, Normandy, France 2006
I am continuing my enigma series.
Nothing could be more appropriate than celebrating the landing beaches in Normandy in 2024.
It is 80 years since we saw the beginning of the end of The Second World War along these shores.
Celebrations took place on June 6. Even if the british PM missed the most important part.
All photographs in the enigma series are shot with my Contax G2. On Carl Zeiss Planar 2.0/45.
I mention both the camera and the lens since photographs come out different depending on the equipment you use.
Post editing has been kept to a minimum.
Have a good day :-).
