The second I speak in the West everyone thinks I am from New York or Mass. The second I tell them that I am from Maine, their eyes glaze over to inquire how I live without the seafood. It is not the seafood I miss, it's Fall. I have traveled across the United States. I have been to many beautiful places. The foliage of New England has never been matched in beauty.
