The word luxury is a trigger for people in the same way self-care is. Indulgence doesn't need to be explained or justified. I am very indulgent about my appearance. Self-care is a luxury I cannot live without. Well-made clothing, jewelry, manicures, pedicures, and facials are weekly indulgences. I make luxuries a necessity for our family.
