Habakkuk 3 verse 19: "Yahweh my Lord is my strength; He makes my feet like those of a deer and enables me to walk on mountain heights."
The Lord is our strength, we are sure we all of His followers can identify with this. We all can be strong in strong times.
But Habakkuk's reflection before sixths verse in contained in 3 verse 17: "Though the fig tree does not dud and there are no grapes on the vines, though the olive crop fails and the fields produce no food, though there are no sheep in the pen and no cattle in the stalls,"
Habakkuk's reflection is on tough times. Faith is not a one time act. It is way of life.
We are called to trust God, even when life seems impossible and in comprehensible.
We are called to take up our cross and Follow Our Lord, Our Savior and Our Friend, and it doesn't matter what we go through, because 'Yahweh' our Lord is our strength. That is a promise.
Psalm 23 tells us. 'Though I go through the valley of the shadow of death, we will go through many things, that we will be troubled by, but let not let sight of what we all can find and Habakkuk found and understood for Himself.
Habakkuk 3 verse 18: "Yet I will triumph in The Lord; I will rejoice in the God of my salvation."
Like Habakkuk bring your problems directly to Our Lord and Our Friend.
Believe and trust In Him, and be encouraged if Habakkuk went from doubt to faith, so can all of us, because 'The Just shall live by Faith.'
God Bless.
