My husband and I talk most of the way. This trip was miserable because we lost the A/C. I was agitated because I despise it when tenants create problems for me. I am exhausted today. I changed the ads in the newspaper this morning to reflect the new business plan. I am reopening the back studio apartment. I am putting up security cameras outside to ensure the rules are followed. A person can only take so much. I will be able to make sure the correct amount of people are living there, the lawn is cared for, etc. We are going back to Facetiming on the 15 of the month. The focus is on my husband today. The kids are in charge of brunch and dinner. Our daughter made eggs benedict sausage and fruit for brunch. Cost: 10 dollars. Dinner tonight will be Shrimp scampi, green salad, and homemade French bread. Cost: 12 dollars We know we have another trip within the next week. Empty houses can be a problem. This is becoming a problematic problem due to the area. We need to sell when the market is right. I am losing faith in humankind. I changed my tenant screening because this tenant passed with fake documentation. The officials I showed it said it was a damn good forgery. | | | | You can also reply to this email to leave a comment. | | | | |
