It was featured in Tuesday night's dinner, shredded, dressed up as Mexican coleslaw and added to tacos. It was delicious! Also, huge; I only shredded half of it, and it completely filled my Cuisinart bowl. This was a Katerina type from Seeds'n'Such, planted on 2/17/24 and moved into the garden during a warm spell in late March or early April. Never had row cover; it managed to survive a few nights of freezing just fine without it.
