styles change,
after 6 months you find the same clothes in discounted aisle.
And it's meaningless to buy a sweater in 34°c summer.
Next destination of that piece of clothing is a landfill. Same with people,
most people become inconsistent,
they put themselves in discounted aisle with their useless cheap deceptive mentality/approach,
and i avoid that discounted section.
