I don't often fret about money, the tenant just up and leaving with nonpayment for the month. The lease is up in November, so technically he owes us thousands. We are not getting many tenants bites. I like our assets to generate income for us. I have gotten calls that are a waste of my time. People expect all utilities to be included in the property and lawn care. We are below market value for the property. If I included everything in the rental we would be charging 3 x what we are charging now. That may be our next option, I am very tired of the turnover at the rental.

After fielding calls on the magic jack for tenants. I don't give my cell phone number out to potential tenants calling l until we have a signed lease. The reason for this is it is easy and cheap to change the number. It was time to get on with my day. i spent a lot of time weeding with my momma cat beside me. She is a pretty cat considering she was a stray. She is around 7 months. People forget that cats breed often and early. Cats go into heat every 2-3 weeks and can have 4 litters a year. We have appointments for Mama to be fixed. My neighbor found the remaining littermates in his garage. So, they are at my house until they are old enough to be rehomed. We cannot handle 6 cats. The mother likes a break from them.

I spent the rest of the afternoon doing beauty rituals with our daughter. She needed an update. We ended up watching How I Met Your Mother. I own the box set. She rolled her eyes while she realized exactly how long I take to do all my treatments. I ended up curling my hair in spiral curls with homemade Charlie Curls. It makes your hair look like it is in a French Twist. I don't like to be seen unless I am just so, not a fan of waking around in rollers.

My hummingbird feeders were bone dry this afternoon. We have about 15 hummingbirds and 3 feeders. So, I cleaned and refilled the feeders.
