View all responses I have never required a great deal of sleep. I go to bed around 11:30. I go to bed when I am tired. I get up at 5 a.m. My bedtime routine consists of a long bathtub of Epsom salt. I spray the sheets with peppermint and lavender spray. I get up every morning and go for a run. I complete my weight training and complete my rosary with each rep. I take a cold shower.
