And, would this policy cause the side effects of "having babies to make money", Chen told, there's nothing wrong with "having babies and earning money", as these children grow up, they will be making an income, paying their taxes, to keep the competitive edge of the country up, the government should pay for this.

This policy is way too naïve, and completely, lazy too, but Chen gloated on his proposal. First, on the funding, if the proposed plan gets signed into effect, then, there would be the need to increase the national budget by fifty billion dollars, this was only the estimates of the total 130,000 infants being born last year the estimates. And, these parents are the original willing to have babies group, even as the government throws down another fifty billion dollars, there would not be an increase of newborn children, only cost another fifty billion dollars N.T. of taxpayers' hard earn dollars.
Besides, the idea of "having babies to make money". A mother gives birth to a baby, she would earn an income of $30,000N.T. per month, this is considered measly. In two years, she gives birth to another baby, then she'd "earned" $60,000N.T. a month; two years later, another baby, then, she would have an income of $90,000N.T. coming into her bank accounts, and maybe, she would be earning higher than her husband. But, is it the government's intention, to encourage women to keep on reproducing to make the money? If the families are more distorted, and women became nothing more than, "breeding machines", used by her husband's families or other families as a way to make more assistance money from the government. Under this situation, can the next generations, grow up healthy?

Simplifying the policies into assistance money, is the characteristics of a lazy government. The currently plan, "The country will help support children from birth to six", this is, providing more assistance to the assistance already, but the birth rate continued on that sharp decline, and even in the year of the dragon, the births are still, not increasing. There are already, half of the younger generations that won't need to pay their taxes already, because of the low income they are making. Who's buying into the bullshitting claims of Chen's, "the children will grow up and pay more taxes"???
This, once again, showed just HOW up in the clouds these, government officials are living, they're living in a completely different REALITY than the rest of us, ordinary people, and now, the DDP is thinking, that they can PAY women to have more babies, without realizing, hey where the FUCK are we going to get the money for assistance? Increasing the taxes? Yeah and the results of that, would be the this will tap into the total income that younger generations are earning (which is reduced to about, N-I-L now???), and, how the FUCK can these, younger generations of people who still have their reproductive abilities in the primes of their lives, feel safe enough, to have their young? I mean, look at this world, would Y-O-U, bring a kid into this god damn, messed up world that we are, currently, living in? Yeah, I know I wouldn't!
