Ingredients one always has in the house. My great-grandmother made them for breakfast and with big roasts. The hollow goodness with a gold crust. The best place to get them (besides my kitchen) is Jordan Pond House Restaurant in Seal Harbor, Maine. Popovers On The Square in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. They are lovely with a bit of butter, however, for a true experience blueberry jam is the best way to serve these. You must eat these directly from the oven or they are not as large and puffy.
