My bank manager said absolutely. I will not be able to get my gift card balance back. I went to the post office. The seller demanded I return the pendant at my expense. It is expensive to send things to India and you have to pay duties as well. The cost was over 1/2 the price of the item. Here is the catch, the seller"ship" out of New York, so the duties are not paid. The post office found this interesting. I brought the original mailer and the address I was told to send it to.
