Alis Drumgo is joining Capital City Consulting in its Tampa Bay office.
Drumgo has spent 20 years working in public service, with the last decade being in Tampa, as well as Central Florida. He brings unparalleled local government expertise to the firm, specializing in economic development, community redevelopment and affordable housing.

Drumgo most recently worked as Tampa's Deputy Administrator for Development and Economic Opportunity, where he was responsible for city planning, community redevelopment, convention center and tourism services, economic development, real estate and housing and community development.
There, he worked on housing policy, rebuilding the community redevelopment department, negotiating public-private partnerships, leading real estate acquisition and disposition strategy, and handling project management of key initiatives.

Drumgo is an alumnus of Teach for America and an active mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Tampa Bay and Polk County's Men of Tomorrow. He holds a master's degree in city and regional planning and public policy from Rutgers University and is a certified Florida Redevelopment Association Administrator. As a U.S. Air Force Veteran, he is a champion of veterans' causes and educational and economic empowerment.
