The roof is still leaking which is another story. I received my order from Target this week and my freezer from Amazon is failing. So, I will begin with the Target purchase. I ordered a fondue set. It arrived in bits and bits of plastic. We live 90 minutes away from Target. So, I was not driving to return. This is the third bad order from them. We went over and over a returnless return. They wanted pictures which I sent. They wanted to be able to see the name of the product. The plastic was so smashed, that one could not know the brand name. Well, this morning, I received an apology and a refund. That is a win. They didn't even put this in a box; they just slapped a shipping label. The freezer is failing. It has a warranty of 5 years. We are barely in year 3. I found my order, the warranty, company, and contacted the seller. The company said to go to the seller. The seller offered me 20 dollars if I purchased another freezer from them. Nope, that is not happening. Amazon and I went around and around about this on the chat. They agreed to refund me. We all need to take a stand when companies fail to ship things properly and when appliances fail. | | | | You can also reply to this email to leave a comment. | | | | |
