Much of my day centered around Stella. She thought she was a sidekick in the kitchen and my running partner. This morning I lost it. We had started our morning. Then, the next-door neighbor Golden came to visit me. I held him for a while, he has always preferred me to his owner. Then I just lost it. I took a second shower just to cry. God always knows how to bring me into the moment. My phone rang, it was a friend in crisis. I knew exactly how to get her the help she needed. It took a bit to get her the help she needed.
