Knowing the law, and breaking the law, and you're, a LAW ENFORCEMENT officer too, what is it, huh? Do they pay you, better "over there", at the, DEEP end, more retirement benefits? What is it, that's MADE you, go over to the, BAD side, huh??? Off of the Front Page Sections, translated…
The Yaling Subprecinct's Fude Second Road Substation's officer, Wang was found to have colluded with the scam artist ring members, to leak out the data of the license plates and personal information, to earn the illegal profits, two days ago, a search was conducted, with Wang called in for questioning, yesterday, Wang was charged on leaking out the information and corruption, sent to the Kaohsiung D.A.'s Office, because Wang denied all allegations, the D.A. decided to have him in police custody, if the courts signed off on this, the police will immediately start an evaluation of his work performances, and will suspend him, or fire him from the police department altogether.
Based off of understanding, the Yaling Substation was working a case involving the delivery drivers of a scam ring, accidentally found that the communication records of the delivery driver coincided with one of the contacts on Wang's phones, as the police checked back to the access of records of the database, they'd found, that Wang had used the police registry systems to look up the license plate information and personal data that aren't related to the cases he was working, suspected that he was receiving a payout from the scam artist rings.
paid by the dealers...and you got caught! Image from online
And, the officer, Chuang from Fengyuan Substation in Taichung, was asked by a telecommunications company to look up the personal data and leaked it out to a friend, and because they'd been found to have money issues, the police decency department awhile ago, searched Chuang and his two friends, after the district attorneys of Kaohsiung interviewed them, they were all charged with encroachment and other charges, and the courts mandated all three into police custody; the Fengyuan Police Substation went by the rules, reported it to the police bureau, and had Chou suspended, and they're evaluating Chou's work status.
Based off of understanding, Chuang, during his time working in Sinchuang, he'd met two locals, and the two individuals are suspected of working as private investigators, to find the personal information for their clients, through Chuang's help in using the police computers to look up the data, but the intent of usage of the information was unclear, the Police Integrity Department had collected the evidence for a long time, and found that there are the benefits of the officer receiving a pay out, first, they'd called in Chuang's two friends, and the fourth, they'd taken Chuang into custody, but Chuang denied having involved in the illegal business, and the district attorneys are prosecuting the cases as breach of personal data, disclosure of personal data, invasion of privacy.
And so, you can see, how this would be, EASY money, all you need to do, is to look up some information of some persons, and hand the data off to someone who should NOT be allowed to get his hands on the data, and, you make the big bucks, which is, a hell of a lot higher than what you bring in by the month for working at the police station, and you were, enticed by money, and, you got caught, and are now, facing jail time, and hopefully, the justices will hand down a very severe punishment of at least TEN years in prison, because you are a police officer, and you knowingly, BROKE the law you swore to, defend!
