Attending this year's San Diego Comic-Con International brought great excitement once again. There is always so much to do and enjoy, making it important that you plan your visit ahead of time. You must accept the fact that you may not see or experience everything, so prioritize your list well. Although, I did not have tickets for every day, I was thrilled to be gifted the opportunity to attend once again. Let's take a moment to discuss, "MY THOUGHTS ON COMIC-CON INTERNATIONAL 2024."
SOME OF MY FUN OUTDOOR EXPERIENCES
These fun moments included having patience as you waited in lines:
- ABC's Abbott Elementary
- This was a carnival-style experience with music, drummers, swings, water balloon games, a dunk tank, a "show your strength" challenge, and more. Lots of fun.
- FX
- This included an immersive experience with giveaways from popular shows like "The Bear."
- Planet of the Apes
- This walk-through included an immersive experience where you saw props, photos, and more from over the years of "Planet of the Apes" films, from the past to the present.
- Peanuts
- Celebrating 70 years of "Peanuts," you experienced a photo opportunity and some exclusive merchandise and pictures of characters from Peanuts.
- Peacock Original: "Those About to Die"
- You entered into an exciting experience where you were placed in groups of 5. Each group had an opportunity to race with model-displayed horses. This was one of my favorite experiences.
PANELS
This year, I did not attend as many panels as I wanted to, but I did get to enjoy Hall H once again. There, I enjoyed seeing a preview for the upcoming new season of "The Lord Of the Rings: The Rings of Power" which will premiere on Amazon Prime on August 29th. It was great hearing from the actors as they shared more about it too.
I also enjoyed the "Collider Directors and Directing" panel. In this panel, you heard from the directors of both "Olympus Has Fallen" and "White House Down" films. It was wonderful to hear their perspectives on the process of planning and implementing a film.

I also really enjoyed Disney's Percy Jackson panel where the actors shared about their experiences in making the show. They also shared their excitement about the new series.

SHOWROOM FLOOR
When it comes to the showroom floor at Comic-Con, you must be ready. It can be overwhelming as you make your way through the crowds, trying to see and experience as many things as possible.
So many fun moments on the showroom floor at SDCC I always enjoy the cosplay at SDCC. There is so much creativity in how people look like the characters you find in comics, movies, and gaming.

The artwork is also tremendous at Artist Alley. The Alex Ross display is exclusive, featuring so many beautiful comic pieces.
I also enjoyed meeting some creators who have made their own comics. These individuals shared their years of working on projects and some upcoming new ones too. It is inspiring to learn about their passion and perspective on their experiences in making their own comics and more.

These are just a few of my standout fun moments at Comic-Con International this year that I wanted to share with you. I sincerely appreciated getting to attend the HerUniverse fashion once again too. I was also honored to visit the Comic-con Museum this year for the first time. I shared about both of my experiences on my blog too.
I love getting to share my experiences about Comic-Con. Have you attended any comic conventions? If so, share your experiences and favorite moments! Do you enjoy comics? Thank you for taking the time to read my thoughts.
I shared some more moments on my social media. Please make sure you are following me and stay connected. Thank you so much for all of your support.
Don't let anyone or anything make you believe you are stuck.
There is always another way.
Keep pressing on and find it.
