There's NO victim, only abuser and enabler in this tragedy…off of the Front Page Sections, translated…
The forty-nine-year-old woman, Fang was found nude, dead in the tub of an unnamed hotel in Kaohsiung, with injuries to the back of her head, the police suspected that her boyfriend, Yen who checked in with her earlier is a suspect, arrested him in Hsinchu yesterday; Yen denied having murdered the woman, stated that she was fine when he'd left, that he didn't know what happened to her, but the police found that there were records of domestic violence toward his girlfriend, and the blood in the room was smeared off from cleaning up, after interrogating him, the police sent him to the D.A.'s office in suspicion of murder, the D.A. interrogated him, and had the police take him into custody.
The police investigated, that the deceased and her forty-six year-old boyfriend, Yen checked into a hotel on June first in Sanming District, they'd originally set to check out two days ago at noon, the room service staff called up the police, after the police got into the hotel room, they'd found the woman nude, face down in the tub filled with water, blood was on the bathroom mirrors; the police at first thought she had a myocardial infarction, that there was no external causes for her death, until the forensic officers took the evidence, and found the blood drops all the way from the bathroom door to the bed, that there were the smears of blood of the door handle, and the floors too, they'd started working the case as a murder.
At the time, Yen was nowhere to be found, the police chased him down using the surveillance, found that he'd ridden to the Dahu Station in Hunei district, the gotten on the trains to Tainan, then by the high-speed rail northbound to Hsinchu, in the midnight hours of yesterday, the police arrested Yen in a motel, he was about to take a shower.
Based off of understanding, Yen denied murdering, told that he left early because he had an early start of work in Hsinchu that morn, that as he'd left the motel, "she was fine", didn't know what happened; the police believed, that he'd, gone the far way around by scooter to the train station that's thirty-six kilometers away instead of getting on at the Kaohsiung Train Station which was only 350 meters away from the motel, to Tainan, then took the high-speed rail, that it wasn't, normal, and he'd refused to give the code to unlock his cell phone to the police too, suspected of trying to erase the evidence of his crime, and they charged him on murder.
The police found, that the murdered victim was divorced, started dating the concrete worker, Yen, six, seven years ago, Yen worked odds and ends, had gotten physically violent with the woman, and had even assaulted her with an ash tray; the younger sister of the victim told, that her older sister had been stabbed in her abdomen by Yen with a knife, almost died, and gotten beaten on the face to completely swollen, the families had consoled with her, to not be with Yen.
The police and district attorneys examined the body, couldn't confirm her cause of death yet, the blood sample from the motel had male and the victim's DNA, and there were the small cuts in Yen's fingers too, they will see if he was injured when he'd murdered her.
So, this is how love can turn sour too easily, and this woman still was no victim of the case, she was the enabler, because she'd allowed him to abuse her, to control her, and in the end, she played a vital role in her own, murder!
