I am not a fan of the drop-in guest and come take care of all our needs because you are the wife. Due to our age difference, I do not get a lot of respect from my husband's childhood friends. They either treat me like a child or a maid. I am currently not speaking to my husband's closest friend right now. We are still pretty sick from this flu. Homeschooling lessons were slow going, however, I am proud to say that we are still up to date. I tried to edit my novel today. I hate to part with parts of my book. Hopefully, we will all be better by the end of the week. I ended up retesting all of us for COVID again. We all came up with a faint positive. I remember when we couldn't find testing in my area in 2019 and I ended up driving myself to COVID testing with a 104 temperature.
