The dissection of why and how there's not enough military service personnel in the program, due to not getting paid high enough, the government's slashed the retirement pensions, and there's not professional grade training for the military to fight if a war really actually, starts…the problem in summation…off of the Front Page Sections, translated…
Experts: Not Enough Servicemen, Primarily in the Voluntary Services
Washington Post pointed out the problem of lacking in training of the armed services in this country, and the number of enlisted men isn't as high as, expected either. Experts pointed out, there is, a serious shortage of servicepersons in the military forces in this country, but the problem is NOT because of the service terms being mandatory or voluntary, but because of the core makeup of the military service persons being voluntary, lacking the servicemen who are, onboard the programs. The primary cause of the loss of number of servicepersons is because of the compliance to the military training terms of a year and four months, causing the fundamental units to be, overly, stressed; originally, the proposed plan of service aimed at strengthening the training, instead, it'd turned into the massive loss of numbers of servicepersons willing to, enlist.
An admiral with the experiencing stationed in American army base who's retired told, that there's the periodical training term for the field troops, there were the training terms of a year and a half to two years in rotation, complying with the year-long service terms, the servicemen are required to return back to the military to retrain, and the D.o.D. decided to change the terms into annually.
But the procedural usually takes up more than six months, and the troops are constantly under stress, with the pressures growing greater for the entry level. By the same token, the final two months of training in the military, the troops that were assigned to the frontlines, held the ideals, and in reality, it'd, caused the fundamental military servicepersons more burdens. And so, a lot of people decide to drop out of the programs, but the trainings and the drills can't stop because of the lacking in the service personnel, and the responsibilities are left for the remaining superiors in the armed services to shoulder, and the stresses became too great, which caused more servicemen to drop out of the program.
He'd believed, rather than pressing the military servicemen hard in training, there's the need for breathing room for the troops; the D.o.D. hoped that the voluntary service terms would have the practical means of the drills, and this can be made up by putting more personnel into the programs, to insert the new military service persons on staff before the drilling begins, this can solve most of the problem of manpower shortage.
And so, who wants to work for a country that doesn't pay you well, that drains you dry? Nobody, that's W-H-O! And that, is the primary problem which caused this huge hole in the systems, and not patching up this hole will cause the country to NOT be able to defend itself, with properly trained, professional military personnel, because the pays are way too low, and, didn't they just, SLASH the retirement paychecks down, how many percent was it again??? Exactly.
So, why would YOU, want to serve, if they don't pay you well enough, if the military of the countries you live in, treats its military service members like, expandables? Exactly. The benefits need to be there, the pays need to be higher, and this is just, the start of, getting the troops, and the professional training means too, that need to be, reinforced also, as we're, about to, headed off to, war with China in WW III in a couple more, years…
