In last month's investigations on the scammer involvement, the Pingdong D.A.'s Office found that three attorneys had been leaking out the details of cases, after they were interviewed, the D.A.'s Office asked the courts for the custody of Chen, the other two are now out on bail. Afterwards, Chen's background came to light, he is the famed tutor for the Specialist Police Exam, "Allen", many of the entry level officers had taken his courses, "the one who'd taught us got arrested by the police forces", this became a heating discussion in the field of police.
Based off of understanding, as the investigators were working the case, they'd found in the confiscated evidence that there was the attorney who acted as the "advisor" to the scam rings, and, if a pickup delivery had been arrested by the police, the ring immediately sent the attorney to accompany in the interviews with the police, to surveil the process, to ensure that those who got caught would NOT offer up the higher up members.
Three attorneys were asked by the scam ring, in charge of the legal counsel of after the delivery driver getting arrested, handing over the statements given by those who got caught, if they were in custody, forwarding all these information to the ring, then, have the upper level of management assess the risk, to send the personnel to decide what to do in risk-assessment, so the ring can continue operating.
Last month the Pingdong D.A.'s Office directed the criminal investigation bureau, the investigation station of Pingdong County, to search the offices of attorneys including Chen, and after the interviews, Chen was charged on aggravated fraud, organized crime, disclosure of classified data, taken into custody, Huang and Tang were out on bail.
Chen had once used the name, "Allen" to make a name for himself in the tutoring industry, taught in the many national exam prep courses, the students were mostly of the police academy specialists, because the lectures, the logic which he'd taught was clear, all his students loved him, and many of the entry level officers in the police forces are all "Allen's" students.
Based off of understanding, Chen told his classmate, that he won't teach anymore next year, and after the news of him being taken into police custody was out, many of the students in the field of police found out that their lecturer was actually an accomplice of a scam ring; and since the news of him being in custody, the cram school had taken the courses that Allen instructs off of the course listings.
A student told, that he only knew that "Allen's" firm is busy, that sometimes, the lectures would get behind, and told, that he'd told the class, that after this year, he won't be back in the academy to teach again, but didn't know, that it was because of how busy he got, working for the scam rings.
Once again, the reason this man "went over to the bad side" was still…it PAYS more! And, this man could've keep the good name being a good lecturer in the cram schools, but instead, he got enticed by money, and started moonlighting for the scam rings, and he got caught.
