Happy New Year!

Here we are in 2025 and already in mid Jan.  Although is it just me or does January take FOREVER!  How was your Christmas and New Year?  I hope you all managed to get some well needed rest.  I took some time out over Christmas and didn't open my laptop for over a week which is very unlike me, and it was dreamy.  More of that needed in 2025.

2025 is shaping up to be an interesting year already.  I am back into the swing of things now my youngest is back at school, and feel like the year is already in flow.  Coming up, I am off on a charity Rickshaw race across India in March which I am very excited about.  We have a team of 60 women taking part and I am sure it will be a huge adventure.  You can read more below.

At Ludo we have partnered with DocHQ to offer January health checks at a special Ludo price, and I dive into some of the negativity we are hearing on DEI.  The word diversity seems like a word that conjures up feelings of resistance and there has been bad press.  Mark Zuckerberg suggested this week jobs need more 'Masculine Energy'.  In my view we need people to be who they are, operate in their true self and feel a sense of belonging.  Women have spent years dialling up their masculine energy to win at work and it has contributed to the unprecedented rate of burnout in women.  I talk about it in my Tedx which you can watch here.

Have a brilliant week,
