Shop FlavCity ⮕ High-Protein Pizza Ingredients Self-Rising Flour 1½ cups flour 2¼ tsp baking powder ½ tsp salt Pizza Dough 1 cup "self-rising flour" blend 1 cup Greek yogurt Toppings Marinara sauce 8 oz mozzarella cheese Oregano Salt Fresh basil (optional) Directions Preheat oven to 475°F and place a pizza stone inside. Prepare the self-rising flour. Add 1 cup of it to a stand mixer with the Greek yogurt. Mix on medium speed, increasing to high until combined. Add more flour, 1 tablespoon at a time, until the dough forms a ball and no longer sticks. Divide dough in half and roll each portion into a crust.
