At 25 weeks pregnant, Jules McBride and her husband, Jevon, were in a car accident, severely injuring them both. After an emergency C-section, their daughter Juliana was born at just 1 pound, 10 ounces. While Jules and Jevon faced their own difficult recoveries, Juliana was diagnosed with a Grade 4 brain bleed and hydrocephalus. As they navigated this crisis, the McBrides’ top priority was staying by Juliana’s side. Ronald McDonald House became their sanctuary while they traveled to and from the hospital. Ronald McDonald House provided nutritious meals, a place to rest, and a community of families who understood what they were going through. As the first-ever Global Spokesfamily for Ronald McDonald House, the McBrides are paying it forward to help other families navigate the hardest days of their lives. Your donation gives parents like Jules and Jevon the essential support they need so they can focus on what matters most: their child. |
