Mom and dad had the bathrooms remodeled over ten years ago by a parent of one of mom's students. The plumber said the cold solder joint used led to the leak in the ceiling in the other bathroom.

Mom said there was a leak a while back through her bathroom's ceiling light. Ian helped her fix it. I just don't understand why it wasn't checked out before it came to this.
