If this is your day for rest, like us all you still need encouragement. Be encouraged by this wonderful verse from Psalm 139 Verse 1.
Psalm 139 Verse 1: "Lord, You have searched me and known me"
Here we can see 3 of God's attributes and they are wonderfully depicted in all of Palm 139.
His Omniscience— He knows everything about us.
His Omnipresence —-He goes everywhere with us.
His omnipotence—–He is infinitely powerful, more than enough to meet our every need.
As we read the rest of Psalm 139, we will notice how David's attitude changes. In the opening verse David is cautious, almost fearful, at the thought that hsi life is an open book before God. But by the end, he is humble and eager to please God, even the secret compartments of his life
We we need a change in our attitude like day, well the following verses are a prayer, we all can say afresh for this.
Verse 23 and 24:
Search me, God, and know my heart; test me and know my concerns.
See if there is any offensive way in me; lead me in the everlasting way.
The is a song, that comes to mind when I think of these words to say:
Reign In Me Sovereign Lord.
He has plans for us Jeremiah 29 verse 11;
Let Him have the best of us and all the rest of us too.
