Serves 8 : 8 peppers 2 cups of cooked rice 1 and half pounds of ground beef 1 onion 2 garlic cloves 2 tablespoons of basil 1 /2 teaspoon of salt. Mix the above ingredients together. 38 ounces of pasta sauce(I make my own) Stuff each pepper with the rice mixture Place each pepper in crockpot. Cover with the pasta sauce.
