In the case of Russia and China, a comprehensive full-spectrum partnership has emerged: military, economic, and monetary. Trade between Russia and China has exploded both quantitatively and qualitatively. Importantly, trade settlement will be overwhelmingly denominated in Rubles and Renminbi.
