View all responses I am a leader. I am the first one to admit that I do not like people controlling me or my life choices. I never have since I was a child. Being a leader is interesting in marriage. Healthy communication between spouses can be interesting. My husband and I know how to handle issues and tasks with each other according to our personal strengths. Some of my strengths as a leader are negotiation, critical thinking, problem-solving, relationship building, and time management. My greatest strength and also weakness is my ability to detect B.S.
