We needed to pick up our sunglasses and eyeglasses. We walked through Dillard. One of the counter boys was trying to upsell our daughter again. Our daughter has acne and she struggles with it a certain times of the month. However, it is 98 % improved. We have tried every product, including prescription meds. I found the answer for her was diet and homemade skin care. About six months ago, the same man sold her a system that made her skin worse. I returned the products to the store for her because she had such a reaction. The heat must have gotten to me because when I heard him mutter b**** under his breath after I politely asked him to leave us alone neither my daughter nor I reacted well to most of their products. He was like a carnie worker shouting come on up and try this serum. He remarked to his coworker my "Perfect" skin is all product. Mind you all I had on was blush, lipstick, and fake lashes. He muttered the b**** word again. I went straight to the manager because I had been recording him on my phone. The manager was very nice and said he would deal with the issue. He had gotten complaints about him before. Aggressive sales do not appeal to me. | | | | You can also reply to this email to leave a comment. | | | | |
