Nacro has designed this programme to give you the opportunity to gain real-world work experience and help you achieve the marketable job skills employers are actively seeking. Through Nacro's supported internships, you will gain valuable work experience in a range of different roles in Asda, exploring what you like and learning new skills. The programme is crafted to give you a wide range of experiences and knowledge to help you to develop your CV and start your career in business and retail. Designed for those who: - Have an interest in working in business and retail
- Have a current Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP)
- Aged between 18–24 years old ready to leave education
- Have the desire to pursue and achieve paid employment
- Be able to travel independently or be open to learning
- independent travel skill
